1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website of Debby Special (a consumer brand owned and operated by Terife Limited), placing an order online, or contacting us via WhatsApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Fresh Homemade Food & Perishability

Our yogurt, parfaits, and wholesome foods are handcrafted fresh with 100% natural milk and live active cultures, containing no artificial chemical preservatives.

• Storage Requirement: Products must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery at 2°C–4°C.
• Shelf Life: Bottled yogurt retains optimal probiotic freshness for 14 days when continuously chilled; parfaits with fresh fruit should be consumed within 3–5 days.

3. Abuja Delivery & Fulfillment

We deliver across designated delivery zones in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, operating from our central kitchen hub in Kubwa.

Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses, landmarks, and accessible phone numbers. If a courier cannot reach you after multiple attempts, delivery may be delayed or rescheduled with additional dispatch fees.

4. WhatsApp Communications

By providing your telephone number during order checkout, you consent to receive essential transactional notifications (order confirmation, live tracking links, courier arrival notices) via WhatsApp or SMS. You can opt out at any time by texting STOP.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments are securely processed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via Paystack or verified bank transfer. Because our products are perishable food items, refunds or replacements are granted upon immediate reporting (within 6 hours of delivery) of defective packaging, temperature breach, or order error.
